Welcome
to the Windy Hollow Hunt 2008 Annual Ball Silent Auction advanced bidding and
previews!! The proceeds of the silent auction support the Windy Hollow Hunt
Hound fund, territory improvement, land preservation and a host of other worthy
ends!
While all of the
auction items cannot be listed, attached is a listing of many of the wonderful things
up for
bid this year. Should you be unable to attend the event in person this
year, or if you simply want to get your opening bids in early, you can bid in
advance by simply clicking on the advanced bid auctioneer icon. Just identify
yourself, enter the item you wish to bid on and state it exactly as it
appears in bold print on the listing, the amount of your bid and e-mail it
in! Our auction committee will acknowledge receipt of your bid in a few days or
less, record your bid on the item’s bid sheet, and place it with the item during
the auction. Minimum $5.00 increment bids only, please. Highest bids on each
auction item bid sheet the night of the auction are final. If yours is the
highest bid on a given item, you will be notified after the auction and
arrangements can be made for payment and item delivery or pick-up! You
will need to provide your name, address and telephone number on the bidding
e-mail. If a winning bidder cannot be contacted by 4/15, then the next
highest bidder will be awarded the item.
