Membership Prerequisites
In order to qualify for any class of membership, an individual shall be known favorably to a majority of the Board of Directors, have been proposed by a member of the Membership Committee and seconded by at least two other members of the Hunt. This person must have capped with the Hunt three (3) times within the two preceding years of the date of his/her membership proposal and be approved by the Board of Directors and the Membership Committee.

An individual expressing interest and agreement with objectives of the Hunt may become a Social Member of the Hunt upon recommendation of a member of the Hunt to the Membership Chairperson and payment of the social subscription.

Provisional Period
All new members shall enjoy provisional status for their first season of hunting and provisional members have no voting rights. Provisional membership can be offered after three caps by the Membership Committee and the Honorary Secretary. Caps within that year may be applied toward Full Membership only.

MEMBERSHIP CATEGORIES

FULL
Full hunting privileges. May attend all social functions and breakfasts, receive newsletter and email updates.

FAMILY
This category allows full hunting privileges, as above, to a family unit and all of their children under 18, or under 22 if a full time student.

YOUNG ADULT
Full hunting privileges, as above, for a person between the ages of 18 and 30. .

JUNIOR
Full hunting privileges, as above, for persons under the age of 18, or if enrolled as a full time student and under 22.

WEEKDAY
May hunt all weekdays during hunting season. Weekends must pay appropriate cap. May attend all social functions and hunt breakfasts, receive newsletter and email updates. After Jan. 1 may hunt any day.

ASSOCIATE
May hunt four (4) times, and may hunt additional times upon payment of $100 per hunt capping fee. May upgrade to full member on or before their 6^th hunt, upon payment. Hunts cannot be carried forward if not used. May attend all social functions and hunt breakfasts; receive newsletter and email updates.

SOCIAL
May hunt up to two times per season upon payment of $100 per hunt capping fee; may attend all social functions and hunt breakfasts, receive newsletter and email updates.
