There are many ways both members and friends can support Windy Hollow Hunt.

Sourcebook

Our Sourcebook is published once a year to correspond with the start of our formal hunting season. It serves as our 'hunt handbook' with a list of members and contact information, history, awards and events as well as territory maps, the year's hound roster and other important information needed by our active hunting members. The book is distributed to all our members and friends who keep it close at hand and use it as a reference all year round.

To help us defer the printing costs, the Sourcebook sells advertisements.  Local, regional and national equine-related businesses,  as well as law, insurance, banking, construction, hospitality, automotive and many other types of businesses advertise in the Sourcebook,  a viable advertising medium to reach affluent customers in the Tri-State area.

If you would like to receive a copy of our Sourcebook or are interesting in advertising, please contact us.

Donations and Sponsorships

Windy Hollow riders strive to represent the sport of foxhunting at local, regional and national horse shows in our area. The Windy Hollow Hunt team attends the Pennsylvania Horse Show's famous Hunt Night competition, and has worked hard with the Sussex, New Jersey Fairgrounds to organize the Sussex Horse Show's Hunt Night each August.

Contributions and sponsorships are always encouraged to help the team with their expenses and represent our hunt and our beloved sport to their best ability.

Other Windy Hollow Hunt equestrian activities, such as our annual Dressage Shows and our Hunter Pace Series, are attractive venues for sponsors, giving them direct exposure to affluent sportsmen and women from the local area, as well as from all over the Northeast.

If you interested in sponsoring a WHH event, please contact us.

Join A Committee

Hunting may be seasonal, but the Hunt’s activities go on year-round. Volunteers are needed to serve on the Committees that organize and direct the activities. Any member, riding or social, may serve on a committee.

Committees assist with the operations and routine territory work such as building and repairing jumps and coops, clearing trails and any work deemed necessary by the Masters in the development of hunt country. There are also administrative committees such as the Membership, Fundraising and Marketing,  as well as organizational committees working on the Hunt Ball, Hunter Paces and WHH social events.

Step up and join a WHH committee and help make hunting better for everyone.
